For Salem Area Job-Seekers : Massage Career Information

The Oregon School of Massage (OSM) will be a participant in the 4th Annual Salem Career and Resource Fair on June 17th, from 9 am-3 pm at West Salem High School, located at 1776 Titan Dr. NW, Salem, Oregon. Rosa Leonardi, an OSM staff member, will be available to answer questions about the massage profession and about training needed to become a licensed massage therapist.

The event, sponsored by the Mid-Willamette Valley Employer Council, connects job seekers to business, educators, and workforce professionals. The Oregon Employer Council is 30 year-old nonprofit dedicated to fostering a partnership between Oregon employers, Oregon Educators and the Oregon Employment Department.

Last year, the job fair attracted 2000 job seekers: high school graduates, college graduates and seekers of all ages. This year’s fair theme is ‘”Develop Today’s Workforce for Tomorrow.”
