Presented by Patrice Finn, RPP
Thursday, January 16th, 6:30-8:00 pm
Oregon School of Massage, 9500 SW Barbur Blvd Suite 100, Portland OR 97219

Polarity Therapy incorporates knowledge of energy mapping based on the 5 natural elements (ether, air, fire, water, and earth) and the 7 primary energy centers, or chakras. It also incorporates orthodox anatomy and physiology as well as energetic anatomy and physiology.

Distorted beliefs, troublesome feelings, thoughts and behaviors can all create energy blocks, and these energy blocks can impact us on all levels, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through physical manipulations, gentle stretching, reflex contacts, awareness counseling, breath work and more, Polarity Therapy releases energy to bring balance back to the body. This allows us the freedom to feel immense joy, contentment, connection, truth and flow. It also allows the body to do what it is designed to do: heal itself!

So, whether you are interested in being a Polarity practitioner, adding some Polarity to an existing practice or thinking of receiving Polarity, please join us for an introductory discussion about Polarity Therapy. Be in the beautiful energy of Polarity and let your mind and body experience the Polarity process.
