YOU MAY QUALIFY AS A DENTAL HYGIENE BOARD EXAMINATION PATIENT IF:
 You are at least 18 years of age or older
 It has been at least 5 years or more since your last dental cleaning
 You have NO emergency dental needs (i.e. pain/infection)
 You are willing to receive dental injections
 You meet ALL board qualifications (to be discussed at screening appointment)
 You are willing to commit to 1-2 screening appointments & the 5-hour Board Examination
 Dates willing to commit for:
BOARD EXAMINATION are May 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, or 19th
