A collaboration of Willamette Valley artists has created an art show focused on the importance of growing our food.

Here in the Willamette Valley we are lucky to have world class agricultural soils and an idyllic climate for growing things. A large portion of all food crops in Oregon are grown right here in this productive and beautiful valley. The goal of the food art is to entertain and inspire others by showing how simply beautiful food is when seen through artists’ eyes.

Participating artists are: Patricia Young, Carolyn Johnson-Bell, Jeanne Ground, Sherree Rodriguez, Becki Hesedahl, and Lorraine Dye, Laura Kellenbarger, Melinda Ruby (Conway), Melissa Barrett, and Brigitte Miller.

The show is on display at the Oregon School of Massage at 2111 Front St., Bldg. 3 through mid-December. Oregon School of Massage is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. The public is welcome to visit.
