This workshop covers five different aspects of on-site massage: chair design and function, demonstration and application of a 15-minute stretch and compress massage routine for the upper back, neck and shoulders, correct use of body mechanics and leverage, a complete and practical plan for marketing your business to successfully secure clients, and professionalism. Advanced Bodywork for Women

Utilizing various bodywork techniques, including cranial-sacral therapy, acupressure, scar tissue work, myofascial release, Swedish massage we address women's health concerns as follows: Abdominal Massage: Abdominal massage helps support intestinal peristalsis, respiratory diaphragm release, reduction of scar tissue, and more. Communication and ethical considerations for this work are covered in 4 hours of this class.
