These classes provide an opportunity for students, graduates and massage therapists from other states to prepare for the Oregon Practical Exam. Both classes are held at our Portland Campus.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has been at the forefront of mind-body medicine and medical research. A growing literature substantiates the benefits of mindfulness for the treatment of stress-related conditions, reduction of general ailments, and fostering greater balance. This course has appeal among the general population and the broader healthcare field. Mindfulness practice helps people become more present, fostering an integrative approach to bodywork and daily life. Class meets once a week for 8 weeks and also includes a Saturday session.
