Oregon School of Massage’s Diverse Student Body

By Ray Siderius, OSM Director

Every quarter at our graduation we staff members marvel at the stories we hear from graduating students…how they came to massage training, experiences they have had while in training and their plans for using their freshly crafted expertise out in the world.

Massage as a Career Change
While the group of Spring 2012 graduates came from throughout the Willamette Valley, and represented a 40-year span of ages, we found out that three of our graduates were all 55 or older and lived in Lake Oswego. Their stories are great examples of the  considerable number of Oregon School of Massage (OSM)  students making career changes. Look here to read their stories.

August 23 update:  Go to the Lake Oswego Review to see a great article about the three graduates below. If you can get a hard copy of the August 23 issue of the LO Review…it has more photos.
